"I've had the pleasure of working with Nicole in my real estate business. I hired her to do staging in several homes that I had listed but weren't
really moving. The greatest thing she did was to come in, identify simple, cost effective solutions and come in way under my expected budget
for material. I was honestly blown away by how much impact these simple suggestions had on the overall feel and appearance. Clients were
similarly floored. Properties that had no style or interest before all of a sudden were getting rave reviews. One hiccup in the process was in
having furniture delivered right before a broker caravan. The wrong stuff got delivered due to a miscue between the delivery company and
the manufacturer. Unfortunately there wasn't enough time to get the right pieces into the home before the caravan. I ended up having to
reschedule, to her credit, Nicole spent a great deal of time with the distributor getting the whole thing straightened out and the delivery fee
cancelled. In a perfect world, things would go smoothly each and every time, all things considered I really don't have any complaints and quite
